On Friday 23rd August 2019, the Deputy Mayor and Mayoress of Huntingdon, Cllr Karl Webb and Mrs Hilary Meers-Webb met with the staff from Dunelm store in Huntingdon. The homewares store has been in Huntingdon for 20 years, after a redesign and refurbishment, the store was officially re-opened by the Deputy Mayor.
It was very clear that the team working at Dunelm are proud of their new look store. After speeches from the Store manager, Kai Baldock, the Deputy Mayor thanked everyone for inviting him to open the store and to speak about Dunelm’s success in the town.
After the store was officially opened, the Deputy Mayor and Mayoress were given a tour of the store and a chance to chat with members of staff.
